What should I wear to class?
We have no specific dress code, however we suggest wearing something you feel comfortable to sit in whether jeans or workout clothes. Since we ask you to remove your shoes at the door, bring your favorite cozy socks or feel free to go barefoot. Suits or skirts are also welcome although we don't recommend the mini kind.
What will I sit on in class?
MNDFL exists to make meditation accessible to everyone. With that in mind, we have chairs, two types of cushions (zafus and gomdens), and backjacks (for extra back support) for you to choose from. If you are concerned about being comfortable during the session, please call us at 212.477.0487 to discuss further options.
How do I become a MNDFL teacher?
We get many requests from teachers who would like to help us offer traditional practice in an accessible manner. If you'd like to join our teaching staff, please fill out this survey.
